Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with the preparation of estate planning documents, including wills, trusts, and powers of attorney

• Manage probate administration tasks, including court filings and correspondence with clients

• Maintain client files, ensuring all documentation is organized and up-to-date

• Communicate with clients, courts, and other professionals on a daily basis

• Schedule appointments and manage deadlines

Qualifications:

• Prior experience as a Legal Assistant, specifically in estate planning and probate, is a must

• Strong organizational and time management skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, MS Word, and legal document management software

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Must reside within a reasonable commuting distance of East Boca Raton
