Honors, Awards, Accolades & Achievements
I am extremely involved in the Junior League of Miami, which focuses its efforts on supporting women and children who have survived domestic violence, supporting at-risk youth, and improving education and food security for these populations. Our main projects are Inn Transition North & South, which are transitional housing centers for women and children who have survived domestic violence. In the past, I have chaired their premier fundraiser Women Who Make a Difference and served on the Executive Management Team, in addition to numerous other chair roles. I have recently been elected to serve as the organization’s Vice President of Fund Development for the 2021-2022 year and will be responsible for overseeing all of the organization’s fundraising efforts.
I currently serve on the Board of Directors for the Coral Gables South Dade Estate Planning Council as their Secretary.
I am a member of Beaux Arts, which supports the Lowe Art Museum, and I have previously served on its Board of Directors. I have also chaired the silent auction for the Beaux Arts Ball.
I am the founder of Miami Moms in Business, a networking group focused on assisting 25-30 local professionals and business owners grow their businesses in a supportive environment.
I am a graduate of the Miami Scholars Program at the University of Miami School of Law and usually sponsor their HOPE (Helping Others through ProBono Efforts) Auction.
I currently serve on the University of Miami Planned Giving Advisory Board, which works to grow the University of Miami’s endowment with planned gifts.
I have been rated AV Preeminent by Martindale-Hubbell since 2018 and have received the Super Lawyers Rising Star award each year since 2019.
In addition to the above, I am a member of the Estate Planning Council of Greater Miami, the Coral Gables Bar Association and the Dade County Bar Association.
