The Advocates Board Room is a powerful mastermind group of experienced law firm owners that meet on a regular basis to help each other succeed.

The Mission of the Advocates Board Room is to give "like-minded" law firm owners a tremendous opportunity to brainstorm, collaborate and mastermind on the best strategies and techniques to achieve their personal and professional goals on a regular basis.

Application

1. Law Firm Owner:

Applicants must be a licensed attorney with at least 5 years of experience, and must be the owner, shareholder, or partner of a law firm with the authority to implement decisions in your business.

2. Growth Oriented:

Applicants must be growth oriented, and seeking to improve in your personal and professional life by utilizing a great productivity system while masterminding with other law firm owners.

3. Ready to Mastermind:

Applicants must be ready, willing and able to brainstorm, collaborate, and mastermind with like-minded attorneys on a regular basis.

Step 1 - Complete this Application

-When you make a conscious effort to submit your application for membership, then we will know you are serious about learning more about this extremely valuable and productive concept. The application is simply designed to give us a guide on where you are, and where you would like to go. It's quick, easy and effective.

Step 2 - Schedule your Interview

-Once your application has been reviewed, you will receive an email to set up an initial interview.

Step 3 - Approval

-Once your interview is completed and your application to participate has been approved, you will receive an invitation to join for an upcoming mastermind Board Meeting.

-After you attend the first Board Meeting, existing Board Members will have an opportunity to provide input, insight and feedback on your candidacy for membership.

-Once formally accepted, you will receive details on how to active your membership to be an active Board Member of the Advocates Board Room.

What is expected when you become an active

Board Member of the Advocates Board Room?

-While there is currently no minimum amount of time to participate, and no long-term commitments are required, you should give the process a few months to properly develop and become effective.

-Active Participation Via:

-One Hour Weekly Zoom Calls at a designated time each week;

-Connecting with fellow Board Members on a regular basis;

-Dedicating your time, energy, focus and resources to your fellow Board Members.

-Online Community Chat Groups

-Commitment to Grow and Be Supported when challenging situations arise.

-Commitment to be honest, transparent, sincere and authentic in your interaction with fellow Board Members.

-Willingness to accept input, feedback and insight from your fellow Board Members that will help you grow and prosper.

-To actively look for powerful opportunities to help others succeed.
